• EXCHANGES & RETURNS •
To initiate a return, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you through the process of returning the item, with shipping costs covered by you. Ensure the jewellery is unworn and in its original packaging for the return. Unfortunately, original postage costs won't be refunded, unless there are quality issues or incorrect items received.
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to postal service or courier issues, the customer will cover the repeat delivery charges. We advise using a tracked service for returns, as we can't be held responsible for lost or stolen items during transit.
Items must be returned in their original condition, free from damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. All sale items, including sample sale pieces, are final sale and ineligible for refunds or returns.
